I purchased a double deep sink and german faucet from Danny at Ferguson's on November 23rd. The salesman spend a long time guiding me in my decision. He was very helpful in this cumbersome process. It seems you have to write up a bid for every model you are interested in to even get to a price (?) However, I did choose and buy it that day. The problem was the warehouse did not take their time in choosing which box they put on the truck. This has set me back a few weeks in replacing a sink. I had a four day holiday in which to pull the dishwasher, faucet, sink, etc. This is a typical lack of quality assurance I am finding daily in my world of remodeling. Trust no one, check over every detail. Expect the mistakes that service personnel find acceptable in their job. The sink is being UPSed to me at their cost, but one double check on the model number could have saved expense and my time.
PROS: Wonderful products, knowledgeable personnel
CONS: Warehouse is not careful
