I've gotta admit, I have been severely disappointed by the general poor level of customer service I've received from almost any retail & service industry of late in America. That being said, I couldn't have been more happy with Shamrock Moving & Storage. They moved us from San Francisco to Walnut Creek in about 6 hours. The guys that moved us were thorough, very nice, & did not stop! I was impressed & didn't realize one human being could lift a dresser up a flight of stairs. If only all of my business transactions could be this simple & pain-free. The final cost was slightly more expensive than the estimate, but that was only because I underestimated how much junk I actually had stored up over the years. I would totally use their services again & recommend them to anyone! \r

P.S. I don't understand why some reviewers had the same experience as me & only gave them 4 stars. At least explain how they could have done better to get that extra star. What, did they have to fly & move you for free?
Pros: Fast, friendly, reasonably-priced, professional
Cons: Watching OTHERS work hard to move MY stuff!
