Took my dog there, just wanted her to check his ears.she gave me two things to put in his ears.Now normally I get Panalog? and is like a smooth brown greasy-ish ear drop.But my other doctor was not in, so I tried this place.I used the two ear drops as instructed, 3 days later my dog couldn't hear(coincidence ?).So all I wanted was for her to look just in his ears, and she wouldn't do it !!! unless I paid another 12 dollars.\r \r I will never go back to that place again, you would think she would at least be curious being it was HER diagnosis and prescription that made me have to come back in the first place, instead of worrying about that 12 dollars.\r \r bad place, they only follow protocol.\r \r On another incident, I was talking to the counter help explaining this meat flavored toothpaste for dogs I seen on TV trying to explain it.Well she didn't know, few minutes later I looked up or around AND THAT DANG TOOTHPASTE WAS DISPLAYED RIGHT ON THE COUNTER !!!\r That place is not only bad, but c
