I moved to Grandview after a job transfer. Have two dogs that were up to date on shots but one had a little blood in her urine. I gave the receptionist (which looked like a deer in the head lights everytime I asked a question) all the records from my previous vet. The next thing I know they vaccinated the dog again, did a blood test and urine test and then wanted to do xrays. I agreed to the xrays but told them I was not paying for the shots because they didn't need those shots and I didn't ask for them. Then the receptionist said she couldn't find on my records where they had the shots before. Not that it matters because I didn't ok the shots but I showed her on the records where the dog did have the shots. She laughed and said I was was overcharged from my previous vet. Maybe all the ear rings she had in kept her brain from working properly.\r
