DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MIND!!!!!!!! I've been waiting over a week for a call back from them to tell me if the changes I made with Allstate took affect because I've been getting conflicting stories. When I called to follow up the person I originally spoke to was out sick so I spoke w/someone named Hugo. First, he barely spoke English. Secondly when I briefly tried to explain to him what's going on & asked (twice so he could understand) if I'm at least covered (because of my conflicting stories from calling Allstate directly) he said he couldn't tell me. I said well what if something happens from now until after Thanksgiving when I will be back from my trip? His answer: ""well you better pray"". Excuse me? This is what you say to someone who is paying you for what is technically security & peace of mind????? To pray nothing happens to my property until I find someone who can look up my policy just the way your associate did? You can't speak English and the only thing you can say to me is I better pray my real estate stays safe....ok.
