I went today to see about euthanizing my elderly cat. I CALLED AHEAD to see about the rate, and got there, and when they were through with all their questions, a girl prints up this bill reading over TWICE what I was quoted on the phone. 'Oh, let me go talk to the doctor', came back and said best they could do was drop the 'exam fee'. Oh, ya think, dipfreakingshits?????? So I went through all that trauma, and they sent me home to bring back more money. Yeah, that's gonna happen.
