So, first things first. I was referred here by a friend, whose stylist is Kerri. She loves her and loves going to this place. She's been going to BH for about 3-4 years, I think. Never a complaint. \r
The place itself is very nice. I like the look. It looks very upscale, etc. I had no trouble finding it. I booked the appointment without problems and the receptionist was very friendly when I made the appointment. \r
When I got to the salon there was some confusion about my appointment. they straightened it out after about 15 minutes. I still had to wait around for another 15 minutes to get seated. My stylist, who wasn't Kerri, must not have been having the best day. Also my cut was just so-so. \r
My overall experience wasn't great. I would only go back if I could get Kerri as a stylist.
