Harbor is close by in Middleton and includes many classes and amenities in the monthly health club membership fee. It's not overly crowded and is open 24 hours a day. Mind and Body, youth fitness classes, cycling, racquetball, and water exercise and more are available for every level of fitness and every age. KidsCare is available free to members during daily hours. Harbor also includes additional benefits for a fee such as personal training, swim lessons, nutrition and weight loss counseling. Be sure to check out the Wellness Center located separately on the Harbor Athletic Club campus. There is a reason that Harbor Athletic Club has been voted the Best of Madison for 21 years.
