Review content:
This company took advantage of a bad situation, insulted, and harassed me. When I asked them to rectify the issue they further degraded me. I had contacted the Account Specialist at West County Radiology her name was Amanda. I was seeking to discuss an outrageously large bill that I had received from them. Amanda the Account Specialist was very unprofessional and nasty. When I asked for her job title she said,""why do you want to know"". This woman behaved as if she was a child on a power trip. When I told her about my situation and the outrageous bill that their company forced upon me, she told me she has had the same experience in life as me, and that she has 3 kids of her own, and she takes care of them on her own and she still pays her own bills. I believe Amanda was trying to imply for me to ""man-up"" and just pay this bill, that I feel I do not owe. Well Amanda, I pay my bills and the only delinquent account I have on credit report is this outrageous bill. Amanda you are wrong for your behavior and the way you represent your company and the doctors in it. I can guarantee if you received a bill for $2000.00 that you felt was unjust and forced upon you, you would have the same, Probably worse (based on your nasty attitude) apprehension to pay the bill. Where is your decency and professionalism when you deal with a person, remember that life and your job is not about a commission or a bonus. I pay my bills, that are legitimate, and I do not pay thieves just because they hold my credit at ransom. This bill will get resolved, and I will make sure you get the notoriety you seek. After filing a complaint with the BBB I could see that there are others that this woman Amanda has caused problems with.
