Don't ever bring your pet here unless you are willing to sign over your first born as a ""promissory"". My dog was seen by the VCA after he was tagged by a car. No broken bones or any cuts/scrapes. The bill was outrageous and we didn't have the money to pay for it. The person at the desk actually asked my husband if he could call anyone to ask to borrow money or their credit card. Who does that? Then, they removed the charge for the pain meds and didn't send him home with any meds either!! Yeah, they put the animals first? BS they put their greedy pockets first. Lastly, they made my husband sign a promissory note that he would pay the amount not covered by THEIR credit card. Are you kidding me? \r
DO NOT bring your pets here unless you have money to put up front because that is all they care about.
