I have been eating Mino's wonderful baked good for years. I moved to North Carolina 10 years ago and I have not found a Bakery as good as Mino's. When I visit I make sure I get the apple bread. Oh My Goodness...it is sooooo good. I also get a few loaves to to bring home with me. As a Muslim I am glad that Minos does not bake with pork products. If you have not tried their baked good, you are truly missing a treat. The staff also treats the customers kindly. Thank Mino's !!!
