My youngest daughter had surgery there last year and the staff was very efficient. The only thing about this hospital is finding your way around. It is large and can be confusing, so make sure to ask and pay attention when they are explaining it to you. For the most part the staff that we have encountered have been friendly and professional. For my daughter's surgery, my wife and I were both allowed to go back with her (she was 3) while they did some of the prep work. The only thing that they did that I wasn't too thrilled about (though, I will say they told us up front that it would be that way), only one of us could go with her to the doors of surgery. It was hard, for my wife and I to have to "decide" who would be going with her and wouldn't!!! Her surgery, thankfully went well and she was in recovery before too long.
