Having moved to the area recently, we heard of this store from word of mouth and known for their reputation. The asscoiates were friendly and shopping for furniture was pleasant. However, we were in for a surprise when our order finally arrived.\r \r We purchased over $2K of furniture (couch, chair and ottoman). \r \r When our furniture was delivered after 4 weeks, the chair was completely wrong. When calling the store Mr Mark did not apologize and blamed the factory. I asked for some type of compensation while we wait for repalcement and was rudely told "not our fault". Let me see, I bought the furniture at your store and did not get what I paid for, how is that not your fault?! It was clear they knew the item was wrong but delivered it any way. When a merchant knows the item is wrong but delivers it anyway they have committed fraud. \r \r When my wife return to the store for our refund Mr Mark indicated to her that he had apologized to me on the phone two times. Not once did Mr Mark apolo
