Review content:
We changed from our previous vet to this upon the recommendations of another and after meeting with Dr. Heitman. We felt they were over-priced but were willing to pay a little more for our dogs care. Unfortunately, that all feel apart when our dog got sick. We admitted our dog, only to have them released the next day with no diagnosis. Brought our dog home again, and were back to square one and $700 dollars poorer! Brought our poor little one back in finallly got an X-Ray and was then told they could do surgery, but it was going to cost almost $4000 to do it! We were given no options, only an apology that they didn't offer ""payment arrangements""! We found a vet who was willing to do the surgery for less than a 1/4 of the price and who bent over backwards to help our poor baby who suffered for over 2 weeks due to poor diagnosis! In the end, our dog had the surgery, but was too weak to rally and in the end we ended up having to put our dog down! An earlier resolution, may have provided a completely different result! In the end the ""little extra"" we paid because we thought they cared and would give the best care really became about their bottom line! We have chosen to take our new babies elsewhere!
