I'm trying to figure out why I had such a bad experience here - just my luck, I suppose. Two people recommended Dr. McPhail to me and obviously the reviewers before me were pleased but I thought he was just awful! First of all, I made my appointment for 5:30pm because I work until 5pm and knew I couldn't get there sooner. When I arrived, the doors were locked so I knocked a few times. After a couple of minutes, someone finally answered and asked if they could help me. I said that I had an appointment for my pet at 5:30pm. He told me that I was supposed to be there at 5pm but they'd help me anyway. Gee, thanks - you screwed up but you're making me feel like an idiot. Second, the doctor didn't listen to a word I said. He just kept interrupting me the entire time. Next, he made ME hold my pet while he took blood and gave her a shot while two vet technicians watched! I am not the one getting paid to do those things. After that, I was charged $210 for a ten minute appointment, a small amoun
