Review content:
I found Bill's after searching through local transmission shops on the internet. They had a good rating so I figured they were my best bet. WRONG!! I brought them an opened trans which I knew needed one bearing. I know this bc I am an X retired trans mechanic. They quoted me at $350 which was reasonable and told me they couldn't get to it for 4 days. On the 8th day the bill is now $1100 dollars without a single phone call. On day 19 I go to pick up and receive a $1900 invoice. I refuted this until the had a few of their employees stand up to me. I payed and am now in litigation with these people. Don't make my mistake these are not honest people.
