Review content:
I will absolutely never take my car here again. I very rarely post negative reviews, but I really feel the need to warn people about the faulty work this shop does and their absolutely horrid customer service.\r
\r
I brought my car here to have a serpentine belt and pulley replaced. At first I thought they had done everything right, my car ran no problems. About a month later I went to turn on my fan and no air whatsoever. Having absolutely no mechanic experience myself, I took my car to a different shop and asked them to look at the A/C as it wasn't working. Come to find out, the mechanics at good old Precision Tune failed to properly reattach the outside pulley after they had replaced the inside belt/pulley so the belt fell off while I was driving.\r
\r
After having it fixed I drove straight back to Precision shop where I spoke with Brian the store manager, who didn't believe my account (or the other mechanic's account) of what had transpired. I got the number from customer service
