Review content:
The emergency was a fantastic when I took my loved one earlier this year. The staff was very professional, all were able to speak our native Spanish as it IS in HIALEAH (let's get real here!). A few months ago I took my loved one and it seemed as though the Emergency room was in another country in asia. Behind were the times when the latin nurses were able to meet our needs in spanish, now they have foreigners from asia who are SLOW, PRETEND they don't speak spanish, seemingly not caring about giving us the family a status of what is going on with our loved ones. I can't say that that those asians are bad or have don't know what they are doing, but its frustrating to hear them speak in their asian language in front of the patient and I KNOW they speak spanish, they just play with the game that they don't understand. Are we as a nation THAT short that we can't bring AMERICANS that can cater to the needs of OUR community that we have to scout out strictly 100% Asians (I think they are Fi
