This office is horrible. I called the office, clearly in excruciating pain. I had been seen in this office a few times before in the past year. They had all of my records and X-Rays. I told them which tooth it was and after looking at the records she determined that it needed to be pulled asap. However, Dr. Miller was out of town. I asked them to refer me to another dentist who was available and Jessica declined to do so. More than likely because they don't want to lose the business. She did not seem to care that I was in excruciating pain. Since they confirmed that the tooth was one that they had diagnosed needed an extraction, I asked if I could get an antibiotic and short term pain prescription until the doc gets into town and she said "No, there is no one in the office that is able to write a prescription or call in a prescription except for the doctor." I explained that due to the amount of pain, this was unacceptable. I explained that I had no problem coming in to get it if I nee
