Reply to Necia J.: I am the owner of Willetts Sew And Vac. We repair several thousand sewing and vacuum machines a year. I have never heard of Necia J. and I think she is reviewing the wrong business. If our steam cleaner repairs exceed $69 the we offer the customer a factory refurbished Hoover steam cleaner with warranty for $99. To my knowledge we have never charged this much to repair a ROYAL carpet cleaner.\r \r Reply to Robert T.: I just now noticed that Robert T. profile shows San Francisco, CA. Something's wrong here. However here is my reply: Robert never sent that letter to Willetts that he refers to and he has never called me. If he was treated as he says, then it was by the vacuum repairman who no longer works for Willetts. Our current vacuum repairman, Jay, lives in McKinney and has been reparing vacuums for nearly 30 years. He will go the extra mile for all our customers.
