Review content:
Recently spent upward of $120 for servicing maintenance of my Royal-just a check and cleaning. No new parts. For one thing, I was quoted $85. When I took the machine home it started leaking all over the carpet. I called them and asked them to take a look at it. They informed me that parts wear out so any further help from them would cost more. Let me assure you, the machine was NOT leaking before they "serviced" it-the part would be $65 to buy another one. So they charged me $45 over the estimate, broke my machine, the customer service from all people we came in contact with was HORRIBLE, and arrogant. You have a lot of choices for vacuum/rug cleaner service. I would NOT go here!
