I was very pleased with the service from grayson very nice friendly guy said he would be out between 10-12 a guess what the doorbell rings at 10 05 i live in carrollton and thats a long drive but his time was perfect he was very proffesional....my range was repair in minnutes he was done..i have had other companies like sears which is very expensive and they are not familiar but only the one item that they are trained on.But the worst company i ever had was called A and E now thats a joke....I WILL ALLWAYS CALL GRAYSON and have K---- fix my appliances
