I wish I had read the other reviews first before calling Veitch Appliances. I explained my appliance problem over the phone - told them I thought it was the motor, gave make and model number and asked them to bring parts when the (eventually) arrived 9 days later. Technitian came looked at dishwasher for 5 min - ran cycle for 1 min and said, yes, it is the motor. No spare parts - did not even replace broken filter. Left after max 10 min. visit, leaving $100 "repair" bill. When I called to complain the service rep was extremely rude. Never Again. Call someone else if you want good service.
