The minimum stars allowed on this review is one. I believe that is too many for this company.\r
I have reluctantly used them in the the past, only to have the same problems as the other 1 star raters had.\r
This time takes the cake !! I called in advanced, and asked for a price to remove and install a doble door refrigerator. I told the long time employee who gave me the answers I requested, that I was considering buying a $ 10,000.00 refrigerator from Sears warehouse and needed a price to remove the old, and install the new. I was given a price from Gloria and I agreed and proceeded to purchase the unit. Once it was delivered, I called as (as instructed by Gloria) to set an appointment, and with that call, I received a return call from the owner telling me "THEY DO NOT INSTALL THE UNITS", maybe he should tell his employees that !!!! You Think ???\r
