I had a technician come out and take a look at my washer. In ten minutes they made a diagnosis, and in 2 weeks came by and replaced a part. The tech claimed he ran a load of laundry as a test. This was incorrect as the laundry still had a sour smell. I then started a load of laundry and the washer is acting the same as it was 2 weeks ago. Therefore we had to wait 2 weeks to pay over two hundred dollars for a lie and incorrect diagnosis. So far they're not answering their phones either.
