Before coming here, I tried several dental offices and they all made me dread going to the dentist. Most of them were very pushy in their approach, which I hated. In addition, they did not discuss pricing options or have payment plans. \r

A family friend who loved her dentist referred me to South Bay Dentistry; I understood why during my first visit. The entire staff is friendly and approachable. They answer all of your questions and make you feel comfortable. They have found the perfect balance between being professional and sociable. They are flexible with scheduling appointments; they even call you the day before your appointment as a reminder. When I arrive for my appointments, I am seen right away.\r

I decided to get braces. The consultation they provided was very informative; they gave me all my options. They even offered an interest-free payment plan that was divided up by the number of months they estimated me to have the braces on; this made the decision easy for me. The orthodontist comes to their office, so you don’t have to travel anywhere else to get this service. He is awesome! Dr. Bakhtari, aka “Dr. B,” clearly loves his job. He has made my ortho visits pleasant and worry-free. He kept me informed on the status of my treatment. My braces were taken off June 2010 and my smile is great! I get compliments all the time about how beautiful my smile is.\r

In a nutshell, this is the perfect dental office. The staff really makes visiting the dentist a pleasant experience, which makes it easy to come in regularly instead of putting it off. I no longer fear going to see the dentist; I actually look forward to it because I know I’m in good, friendly hands. \r
