I would have rated this place minus 100 but that's not possible. My parents had their dog put to sleep which was an excruciatingly painful ordeal. Four & a half days later, when they went to pick her up (she was to be cremated) they said they didn't have her. Long story short, she was still back in the freezer. They forgot about her and forgot to call for the pickup from Pet Haven. That is COMPLETELY inexcusable!!! My parents then took their poor little frozen dog to Pet Haven themselves. There is no way they can atone for such callous behavior.
Pros: Too far away for me to use for my pets
Cons: They have the nerve to advertise that they care
