When we were in the market for a new roof we did what most people did and asked around. We did go with this company because they had been recommended they were okay. They came out in a timely manner to give a free quote and was what we were expecting to spend. The biggest complaint I have is their lack of communication. We would always call them to find out when the work would start. They would schedule a date far out and not get in touch when there was weather concerns. We wanted to delay the first start date due to impending rain and it was difficult to get them to agree to delay. ONce we insisted (and yes it did rain) it was difficult to get communication for the new date. The workers did come and did do good work. They did a really nice job of cleaning up all their debris and also was very considerate in stacking up chairs putting back coolers and throwing away cans, bottles, etc. for the food and drinks we put out for them.
