So. I had my oil changed by Precision 4100 miles ago. And what would you know it was now time to do it again! As we got into our car to take it for our new oil change, going down the road, the oil filter blew the O' ring and all our oil shot out of the car and our engine locked up! Not only is it a week from Christmas but Now We Don't Even Have a Car!!!\r

So I called the Manager Brandon and he came out to look at the car. He told me everything looked like there stuff but we should not have had our own mechanic look at it first? (Because our mechanic is cheaper). \r

Brandon insisted on hauling our car from our driveway back to their shop to look at it "Because it is Protocol." He insisted the tow was coming out of his pocket and it would not cost us a thing. The next day instead of that afternoon when I had to call him back, he states "We are not fixing this and we are not going to file on our insurance. And you have to pay the $45.00 tow fee."
