I brought my dog in to be spayed. After waiting 1 hour to see Dr Pilch, A "technician" (without A license) told me that the doctor was too busy to see me. After insisting to see a doctor before the surgery, Dr Kennedy found a few hurried moments and gave my dog a physcial. He told me everything was fine with her and he would make sure my dog's surgery was the first one done since I was concerned. At 11:30 a.m. I got a call from someone ( not the doctor) insisting I buy all these different procedures while my dog was having surgery, X rays,teeth cleaning, pedicure. It seemed to be all about the money.\r
I declined because the doctor had not mentioned it to me.\r
At 3:00 Dr pilch called me with some terribe news. My dog had died during the surgery. After speaking with him for about 2 minutes I told him I was going to come down to say good bye. After arriving they hustled me into their treatment room. I found my dog in a urine soaked caged. One of the assistants said they had been to busy
