Review content:
In general, their sales staff always act like they'd rather be elsewhere--and that's when you can find them!
I had the sales clerk from hell there once. My driver's license photo looked nothing like me, as I had lost 50 pounds and changed my hair color. The clerk's reaction was to literally hold the license up to my face and proclaim in a loud voice how much I had changed. She just went on and ON--with about 10 people in line behind me! It was so embarrassing; for a minute I though she might even be drunk! She simply would not stop.
The worst thing about the entire episode was that I wrote to the store manage telling him what had happened and I never heard one word back.
Needless to say, I haven't been back.
