Review content:
This has to be one of my favorite places to go chill in Manhattan. They cater to all sorts of people. Bluestem Bistro is located in the heart of Manhattan, KS, Aggieville across from Jimmy John's on Moro St. They offer awesome cinnamon rolls and breakfast burritos among an assortment of other items in the mornings. They have a full service kitchen with an eclectic menu of lunch and dinner items. Bluestem offers free WIFI and great coffee roasted by Radina's Coffeehouse! Virtually all of their food is made in house and their milk for espresso drinks comes from a local farm/milk family business called Emrich Creamery. When Mercado's Gourmet Grocery closed across the street, Bluestem brought in their most popular cheeses, pastas and sauces to sell. Bluestem has live music Friday/Saturday nights and good beer/wine specials on the weekends. If you're a traveler through Manhattan, student or a life-long Manhattanite, you can't miss out on the Bluestem Bistro experience.
