I used Lodi Flower Shop for my wedding. I was planning a wedding from southern California and she said she worked with several out of town brides. However, she is not good about using email to communicate. I detailed everything I wanted in an email to her and she would call to ask about things explicitly detailed in the email. I asked several times for things in writing and she told me several times that she would get a contract out to me. The final time I asked for a contract, she replied that she doesn't do that. My flower order was fairly simple, consisting mostly of roses. However, I had requested that she replicate my bridal bouquet from a picture. She told me that a couple of the flowers were expensive. She said that there were other less expensive flowers that would give the same effect. When I got my bridal bouquet, it looked nothing like the picture.
