My experiences with PGAH have all be, unfortunately,negative. They up-sell very expensive services better than most used car dealerships and act as if you are negligent if you decline to accept their requests. The female vet there is an attractive, trendy woman who plays the social status snob game. Got going back there any more...life is too short and there are too many other reasonable and down to earth folks in the industry to put up with that garbage. Enough is Enough in Ballantyne
