I called them and asked for a free quote. He didn't call me when he told me he would. He was supposed to be at my home at 4:00 PM and didn't show up until 9:00 PM when it was dark. He told me he couldn't come up with a quote but it would be less than 10,000. I told him I needed something better than that and he told me he needed to go home and work the numbers . I told him I was going to get two more quotes from other companies and he kept on asking me if I was serious on the job and I assured him I would get it done within a week or two. When I called him for the quote numbers he told me he didn't want to waste his time if I was not going to choose them and I needed to pay him $65.00 for the quote and he would deduct it from the total price if I hired them but if not then he would keep the $65.00. No other company charged me for the quote and they were here when they were supposed to be here. If you decide to give them a chance, if he starts asking you if you are serious....walk away!
