This company is horrible. We had our wedding and reception there and were promised the world but after we paid (in advance) for our services in full, Chuck treated us like crap. He is the most unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The only positive thing I can say was Angie was great and the food tasted really good. We were treated very well until everything was paid for but then a lot of what we were promised was never followed through on. Chuck told us that he was our "Wedding Planner" but actually ended up driving the boat all night long. My husband and I had to run our entire event ourselves not the mention a multitude of other issues during the night, which included MANY of our guests falling on the deck.
When we followed up with Chuck the next week to complain, he told me my wedding was perfect, accused me of just wanting my money back, and wished my new husband good luck because I am apparently never satisfied. Yes I'm serious...you really can't make this stuff up.
I've never been treated so poorly by someone that I've spent money with, much less the amount we spent with his company. I filed a complaint with the BBB but since they are not an accredited business, there was nothing they could do. We finally just dropped it and was left with feeling like we just wasted a very large amount of money since we didn't receive anywhere near the amount of service that we were promised.
My husband and I plan to get remarried on our 5 year wedding anniversary so we can finally have a good experience.
PLEASE do not book your wedding with this company!
