Review content:
Dr. Shelby was dismissive of my 16 year-old daughter, barely greeting her, and not introducing himself. He was very rough, yanking her head from side to side and pulling on her mouth unnecessarily. He talked about her, but never TO her during the exam. He used the paper bib on her chest as a place to rest things like his rubber gloves while he wasn't using them. She felt dehumanized and burst into tears on the way home.
As far as prices, I think $1,000 for 5 ""tiny"" (their words) cavities is way too much. We will not return.
