Review content:
Although they have a great selection of fabric, and low prices, I will not go back there due to the way their staff treat customers. I have purchased many fabrics from them for clothing, craft projects and upholstery, etc.. Last year, I was looking to make his and her coordinating togas for a costume party. I had the pattern and found some great red material. I brought the material to the cutting table, waited my turn and when it came time, I politely requested two pieces of the fabric--each for four yards. The gal refused to do it. She would sell me an 8-yard piece off the bolt, but not 2-four yard pieces! I was flabbergasted!! For the sake of one cut, they were willing to risk losing a long-time customer. (If I wanted it cut into 10 pieces, I could see--but one simple 60" snip??? Plus, there was no one waiting behind me!!)
Maybe the gal was just having a bad day, but I'll either go to another of their locations or pay full price at Jo-Ann's.
