My first appointment at this vet didn't start us out on great footing. We arrived in time for our appointment (early, actually) only to sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes. This seemed unreasonable considering we were one of the first appointments of the day. The next time I had to bring the cat in, it was about the same. Even if you show up on time for your appointment, expect you'll have to wait. And then once you get inside the room, the appointment feels rushed. I spoke with someone else recently who echoed my sentiments of feeling rushed while meeting with the vet. When you get OUT of the waiting room, expect to wait to pay your bill, since there is one receptionist who is simultaneously taking calls, checking people in, checking people out, or retrieving animals from the back. I also had an issue recently with my cat having a urinary problem, which ended in their telling me to put her on Hill's Science Diet, a prescriptive dry food, permanently. I have done my research on pet food and know that Science Diet is really junk food, so I am immediately skeptical of any vet who recommends this change. (for those wondering, kitty switched to a different, more complete dry food and is doing just fine now) We will be using another vet from now on. Pros: friendly staff Cons: wait time, BUSY, appt feels rushed
