If I could give them a zero I would...\r
Brought my MacBook Pro in to be fixed and have memory put in it. \r
While giving my information to the tech someone else came in explaining that the problem that was ""fixed"" by macpro was still a problem, and that he was never contacted about his computer being ready.... that should have been a sign. \r
Not only did macpro forget to install the memory in my computer, but when I got home and used it.... it still had the same problem. When I asked to bring it back in because they had not fixed it properly, they said they couldn't make any promises about when they would be able to take a look at it. \r
The individual I spoke to said ""Well... if you can turn it on it's not broke that badly right?"" \r
Don't waste your time or money with these people.
Pros: They claim to fix Apple computers
Cons: the computers don't get fixed
