Review content:
I guess I shouldn't be surprised. One week after having my oil changed somewhere else, I had to take my new Accord to the dealer for new brake pads. The service manager told me my oil was leaking. When I said it had just been changed, he said that the last shop forgot to install ""the oil gasket."" Instead of letting lhm charge me for doing it again, I took it back to the place that changed it originally. I was with the manager when they put the car on the lift and saw that there was NO LEAKING ANYWHERE. The LHM Honda guy flat-out lied. I feel a little stupid now having let them do ANY additional work when I took my car in for the brake pads. They are obviously only concerned about unnecessary up charges. BEWARE!
