Review content:
I have been shopping with them as a designer for years. Not only have I always warmly welcomed into their showroom but I have found them to know the most about plumbing & appliances. The parts department are a little rough but they know what they are talking about. I feel they are more personable with their clientelle than any other place in town. Comparing to the chain stores Snyder Diamond has always been preferable in customer care. Especially in an industry where it's easy to make a mistake.
Pros: Hard to find parts & exotic designs
Cons: small parking lot
