Review content:
We have been going to Patterson Vet over 25 years. Dr Lapplander has lovingly taken care of our animals in the past and even come in on his day off to do an iv on our dying dog;however, the care I have received recently has been appalling. We owed 300$ left on our 3000 bill. We just adopted 2 new pups and when we brought them in, the vet himself told me we need to settle the bill because ""We are not a free clinic."" He did not say hello to me or even to the new pups. No one said hello in the office. I felt like a charity case. I cannot believe that I would get treated that way over $300 which we have been paying 100$ monthly. It just seems lke they are in it for the money now and less caring. 2/3 vets there I would not take any animals to. Not one person fussed over the pups or welcomed them and the manager said,They cannot walk on leashses yet?"" They were 9 weeks old. That was rude. It is a shame to have to leave, but things change...
Pros: easy access
Cons: Bad attitudes of staff
