Review content:
Though my cat was a new patient ( I currently have my dogs there as patients) I called with concern for her health, and they said to bring her right in. Dr. Fox was the Dr to see Pumpkin and was so caring and so professional. She took so much time to explain all that was happening and made my children and I very comfortable . I spent approx 2 1/2 hours there, spending time with our cat, and was told to take all the time we needed. When we did leave, I had noticed noone else in the waiting room, and assumed the clinic was closed for the evening. No rush from any staff as to clinic hours. Ive been to other clinics in the past, and noone compares to the Dr's and staff at Patterson. It shows from the minute you walk in the door that they truly care for each and every pet and their families. I want to say thank you again.
Pros: caring staff.
Cons: none at all!
