I CALLED AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THAT AFTERNOON BECAUSE MY DOG WAS VERY SICK. I GOT THERE AND THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY APPOINTMENT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SQUEEZE ME IN NEXT AND I WAITED FOR OVER AN HR BEFORE THEY EVEN GOT ME IN A ROOM. THE STAFF WAS VERY UNPLEASENT AND UNHELPFUL, I GOT SHORT SNAPPY ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS. THE ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY AS WAS THE COUNTERS THAT THE ANIMALS WERE TO BE PLACED ON. IT TOOK OVER AN HR FOR THE VET TO CHECK MY DOG OUT BECAUSE HE WAS IN AND OUT OF THE ROOM NUMEROUS TIMES, IN TOTAL HE SPENT MAYBE 15 MINS WITH ME. HE NEVER WEIGHED THE DOG, OR CHECKED HIS EARS AND THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME MY DOG WAS SEEN AT THIS VET SINCE I HAD JUST GOTTEN HIM. A MEMBER OF THE STAFF CAME IN WITH MY BILL AND I HAD THEN ASKED HER FOR A BAG OF THE SPECIAL FOOD BRAND THEY CARRY AND SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE SHE HAD TO REDO THE BILL EVEN THOUGH I WAS NEVER ASKED IF I NEEDED ANYTHING FURTHER. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM. I SUGGEST THAT YOU STAY AWAY!
