I have always taken my pets to the local humane society for vaccinations and routine check ups. So, in the event of and emergency or problem I am usually stuck going to the humane society. Since they are not very equip to handle more than routine issues, they refer me to very pricey specialists. I decided to do some researching of my own and stumbled upon Patterson Veterinary Hospital. I found a lot of positive reviews and the negative ones seemed more like grumpy old men, rather than reasonable complaints.
The vet whom checked my dog was very educated and explained everything very clearly, I felt she was very personable. I was expecting to pay at least $100 for the visit, but my total was much less than that. The prices are very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a great vet. I live 20mins away but the drive with a car sick pup is more than worth it!
