I took my daughter's car in on a Monday, got an estimate and was assured that we could get the car back on Thursday. My daughter lives out of town and had to leave Friday morning. Thursday afternoon I called Creason's because I had not heard from them. They told me my car would not be ready until Friday. I freaked and told them they had promised to get it back on Thurs. They told me they would stay late and get it ready and that I could pick it up between 7:30 and 8:00 pm on Thurs. night. At 7:30 I called and got no answer so I left a message on their main and emergency line, no one responded. I then went to their shop and their was no one there. The next morning I called frantic and was connected to the owner who was very rude. I got my car late morning and my daughter's trip was delayed by another day.
