I think the folks here are angels!! they are very busy but the ladies at the front handle things so well. the doctors are so caring. my dogs have such a good experience when they go there. i have an old one so we go pretty often, and the staff always treats him well!! i have seen all the doctors and they are all nice, so i don't know why someone on the list said they don't have an "aw" factor! \r
i think if they had more staff to handle the lengthy wait it would make this a 5 star vet hospital!
