I've been taking my cats to North Portland since I moved to the neighborhood a few years ago. My experience with the clinic is extensive, as I have several cats, a couple of whom have urinary problems. I've used the clinic for occasional emergencies as well as more routine vists and procedures (neutering, dental work, diagnostic tests). Remarkably, every vet we've seen there is very personable and highly competent, and cares deeply about animals. The techs and administrative staff are also very competent, friendly and courteous, and love animals, too. In addition to their excellent care, I also very much appreciate the fact that they don't try to push expensive but unneeded services and products on their clients. I've had occasion to vist a number of clinics in different cities where I've lived, and North Portland is by far the best.
