Even though I live about 14 miles away in NE GR, I changed from another local vet around 10 years ago due to the Red Barn?s fantastic walk-in appointment policy. It is so much easier to be able to get your animal seen by a talented staff when you have the time and when the animal needs to be seen vs. when the next open appt in their scheduling book allows. My last dog had two surgeries over 15 years at their office and quite extensive care in her last year of life. My current dog has begun her care there and I don?t expect to ever change. Their prices are low to fair for their services (and a fraction of the cost of an emergency vet clinic with much of the same appt flexibility) and they are very helpful and professional when you need to be seen.
